Please keep in mind that we are currently booking out 6 weeks in advance. That means there are patients who are requesting appointment times that are on a waiting list. Our most popular time slots are from 9am - 10am and from 3pm - 6pm.
We ask that you please give us at least 48 hours notice whenever you need to reschedule so that we can give enough time for someone else to take your slot.
- Please TEXT (703) 942-8882 or EMAIL [email protected] if you need to reschedule an appointment so that we can keep track of these requests easier rather than making a phone call.
- Please go to our website https://www.novelsmiles.com and click on REQUEST APPOINTMENT to see ahead of time the available slots we have open to reduce the time looking for an appointment.
- Our policy still remains the same – if you need to come in for an emergency visit due to a wire poke, loose bracket, or lost retainer, we will do our best to bring you in within 48 hours.
- Please understand that if you need to reschedule, you may potentially have to wait up to 4 weeks for your next appointment if you want the same time slot. We generally have more open slots between 10am – 3pm if you don’t want to wait as long for your rescheduled appointment.
